Position Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Compile and consolidate all information required to create a customer invoice.
• Process credit card payments.
• Upload and post invoices and support documents in customer portal.
• Work cross-functionally with Project Managers and Field Operations to verify data quality and consistency.
• Provide information as requested to customers.
• Contact customers to help resolve payment issues.
• Follow up on aged accounts in search of resolution.
• Month end tasks such as journal entries.
• Reconcile weekly credit card statements.
• Shared office setting.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Superior organizational and follow-through skills, performing work accurately with strong attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including solid skill in Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel.
• Ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize a fast-paced and varied workload, effectively manage a variety of concurrent and shifting priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sound understanding of financial concepts and ability to perform calculations for a variety of transactions

In this position, you will create customer invoices, research, and resolve customer A/R issues, review aging report, and place billing and collection calls. This position reports to the CFO.
